Just checked on BBC sports website to see when the Celtic v Hearts game starts.... and then saw it's FA Cup Final day. Didn't have a clue.
This used to be such an important day.
Saturday Superstore used to feature it in the morning and both BBC and ITV would have previews.... and then both channels would show it live. Just a whole day of the FA Cup. I can remember games back in the 80s, yet I can't remember who won it last year. Is there any real point to still having it? | | | |

Loved it back then as a kid. Even when your team wasn’t in the final everyone at school picked a side in the final. The whole day building up to it, think it doesn’t help having so much football available to watch every single day. | | | |

Palace won it last year. Watched it in Finland, had to find a bar, look up what channel was showing it over there and get google translate to help ask the barman to put it on. Was a great final.
