But I'm pleased Arsenal have won the title. Not so much for them, but for English football. When Man City won 4 in a row I thought we going down a Ligue 1 or Bundesliga route and it would be 8, 9 or 10 years in a row for City. We now have 3 different winners in 3 years.

And well done Bournemouth. The Premier League may be far from perfect and it's all built on an obscene amount of money that does the rest of football no good, but their success shows how competitive the Premier League still is compared to other leagues.

I have sympathy for that view.

Though I am conflicted given that it has been done through blatant cheating at set pieces which refs have not dealt with.

Bournemouth looked excellent tonight, didn’t they?

I am pleased for Arsenal. They are as close to a second side as I have.

Very happy they won it. Much needed for the game. City need to wither and die.

I don't think that was ever going to be unpopular.

Good to see a different team win it.

Arsenal have spent as much if not more than anyone else though.

V pleased for Bournemouth

The likes of Bournemouth, Brighton and Brentford particularly seem to outmaneuver the big clubs in the transfer market, pretty consistently

Tony Bloom's involvement with Hearts is probably another example of that disruption against the bigger players

For Arsenal I am pleased as it shows that the faith in allowing Arteta the time to build a team rather than succumbing to fan and media pressure to replace when they fell short a couple of times previously.

I didn't want them to because I enjoy mocking some mates of mine that are Gooners and would have found it quite funny but congratulations to Arsenal and it is probably good to have a change up

They have a 1BN squad so probably had to at some point.

Meh. Hardly a chuffing fairytale is it. Congrats to Set Piece FC, I guess.

No thanks, yours is clearly suffering some form of magnetic interference.

Hoping a club will wither and die?!

lol. City have stolen titles and stolen cups. Multiple times. If you want to invite thieves into your house, have at it.

Not really pleased, I don't enjoy their style of football, but the table doesn't lie at the end of the season, so congratulations. And of course, the likes of Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton etc, prove that you don't have to be dripping with cash to prosper in the PL. Just be very well run, have the right people in the right positions at the club and recruit well.
