As we knew Boro far better team, but lack edge. Hull chairman goes early 15:52 - May 23 with 1172 viewsunstableblue

Boro look far better and closer to Prem than Hull who are just dug in and trying to get them on the break

Boro as per the latter stages of season just don’t seem to have a final product/idea!

So a Hull win then?

This heat will get them second half. When Hackney could make the difference.

Strange for the Hull chairman to start putting case that Hull should ages gone straight through just before Kick off! Claiming Wrexham should have been brought back in. Think EFL will give that short shrift!

The Wrexham coming back in was surely only for the people wanting the "fairytale".

It was never going to happen. The only options were bring back Middlesborough or let Hull up automatically.

I'll admit I want Hull to go up as it doesn't sit right ghat team can lose and still go up.......despite Southampton cheating.

They look a better side. It’s noticeable that Middlesbrough in recent games have faded badly second half.

Hull will know that Boro were blowing out of their backsides from 60 mins onwards in the semi second leg. If they are still 0-0 at that point, I fancy Hull to nick it. They are a functional side, not pretty at all, but can be effective.

Not that I can see it that well anyway. Now TV has fallen off a cliff for me in recent weeks. Buffering, pixelated screens. I feel like I'm watching an illegal stream.

I’m on Now GB and feed really good, by then I’ve never had a problem.

Yes Hull’s battery completely died at St Mary’s. And the longer this goes on the more likely a Hull result.

Hull would get battered in the Prem, so they’re preferred.

Hackney will have a say in this.

All Boro at the moment. Can't work out if they are good or Hull are awful.

I think the Hull chairman brining up Wrexham is purely to give credence to the Hull going up automatically was the right outcome of spygate

Hull beginning to get breaks here

It’s how Hull play. If they went toe to toe they’d get battered.

Poll: Ok gut feeling then, promotion?

Hull are pretty awful and the championship should be producing better premier candidates, they were dire against us in Hull.

But Hull’s back 5 is solid and quite mobile and Boro can’t hit a barn door

Both sides are pretty rank to be honest.

Boro can do some pretty things, but not so much against physical sides. They'd get eaten alive in the Prem. That Morris typifies it for me. He's good against a weaker opponent but can't compete physically and doesn't look any sort of an athlete, which is vital now.

Good work by Philogene...... GREAT WORK BY PHILOGENE!!!

Hull are good at limiting sides, they done it to us at PR

Both Hull games were dull and boring.

The away one, despite winning 2-0 was one of the worst of the season.

That would depend by what metric(s) you judge one team to better than another. There is just one metric that counts, I think Hull will tell you that. Boro are as sharp up top as a deflated balloon, they got what they deserved.
