Hmmmm. I've already emailed the ticket office but on reviewing the Profile details under both sections, one is showing my date of birth in American format! e.g one shows as 7/5/68 the other as 5th July 1968, with the first, numerical version, being correct. [Post edited 2 Jun 16:28]

Checked last night I had wrong customer number and my points were zero. Rung ticket office, 5 min call they corrected cust num and my points returned to original total. |  | |  |

Log in to the ticket site with your digital log in. If your points and history are showing then they match. If they aren’t then they don’t. If they dint then log out and call the ticket office. They will merge your ticket account with your digital account. Then log back in. Had to do it fir my boy earlier today as his supporter id was linked to my email and not his. |  |

I suspect in a lot of cases date of births were missing - mine was - and that was the key information for obvious reasons (father guves son the same name so can't identify who is who). Goodness knows when the accounts originally got created and how many migrations have gone through since. You'd have thought they might run a query to report potential non-migrated accounts. I get they can't merge, but creating a new account where an active ticket account exists with the same email, first name, last name and postcode is probably a good candidate.... Looking forward to the LinkedIn post on the day the first away game is on sale and the complaint they missed out due to having 0 away points having not missed a game for 2000 years. |  |

Ah that old chestnut, you would not believe the amount of UK companies who buy into a software solution, and not think about the date format. And often spend years and millions coming up with ways to convert it back when they could have just bought the UK option up front Postcodes is another, does it handle the space or not ? |  | |  |
