And how many has Azor scored? That’s not what either player does. But what they do is tackle, intercept, win possession and drop into the CB position when we need 5 at the back. He’s exceptional at passing, frequently has the most passes and highest pass completion. For a team aiming to survive, he’s exactly what we need.

There isn't really a scenario where anyone gets promoted from the championship with proven premier League scorers and players, or who don't really need an almost complete rebuild.

Going by last season, we will need 40+ goals to have a chance of survival. We will need all departments to chip in.
I think it's more that we need all departments to do their job. Last season, we created plenty of chances, but only the left wing seemed to put them away regularly. Our 9's and 10's were goal shy. That's where the goals need to come from - upgrades on Hirst, Akpom, Azon, Mehmeti. But Defensive Midfield - we don't want these guys to be up in the opposition 18 yard box. That's where the likes of Matusiwa and someone like Avdullahu are needed, back covering for when we lose possession.

I believe this is the 3rd time you've said this about players, we won't and shouldn't be relying on our CM to score a lot of goals, that isn't going to be his job in the PL.
