He’s done pretty solid work wherever he’s been so far. Albeit he doesn’t have a promotion on the books but the jobs he’s done have been good solid pieces of work which suggest he’s got a chance at having a good career in management.
Whether he’s the right fit for us at this time, I’m really not sure. He’s very different style wise to
