No. We have McAteer, Walle, and Burns and don’t forget Akpom could probably do a wide right job too.

McAteer and Walle both cost more than Anthony, he’s probably five levels above them both !!

Omari has huge quality compared to what we have wide right, and you’d be right to point out he still had a lot to prove at this level …, we don’t even have top EFL quality wide right. Wes, £100k from Fleetwood, barely kicked a ball in two years, wasn’t at this level at his very best, or even close to it, probably is our best option.
Maybe critically evaluate where WE are, rather than criticising players tend to times that level!!

His record is superb in really poor sides at this level - watched him four or five times last season and he was superb every time, including away at Arsenal where he looked on their level.
I’d hate to read your assessment of our 25 - barely a run of six decent performances at this level between them!
He’s levels above our right side options, levels. And a broader point, because we have too many left options anyway, where he plays. Is the fee.
Value at this level dictates success, quality and cost.
He’s costing less than Greaves. Akpom. Philogene, Clarke, Walle, McAteer .., he’s three levels above any of them.
He’ll have a great career at this level. Other than Philogene it’s not even possible those I mentioned will ever be regulars at this level, they’re mikes off good enough.
