Can't fathom why we never made a move for Stan Bowles but I guess he was a bit too cavalier to be Soviet anyway...
If we count Baltacha as Ukrainian then we have never had a Russian player. No Chinese or Indian either (Chopra wanted to play for India but didn't fulfil nationality criteria due to unwillingness to surrender United Kingdom citizenship.)
