But less good for the poor and disabled, and spending in other areas.

Careful now. Corbyn boy doesn't accept any criticism of the leader.

Sometimes I think about the frothing lunatics I’ve put on ignore, who will have kept replying to me again and again, but I don’t even realise they exist.

Absolutely and being a centrist and not an environmental zealot like Miliband terrifying the markets.
I do believe he’ll be more friendly also with the soft left interests than Rachel “computer says no” Reeves.
I like Darren Jones as he speaks without waffle but he had to go.
Foreign secretary as I write for miliband … yep fair enough.

As long as the billionaires are free to hide tax you’re happy, you strange strange man

A lot of today’s problems are the fault of your heroine Thatcher (milk snatcher) who sold off our assets on the cheap to the corrupt city traders who have made a fortune out of it.

Still blaming thatcher 40 years on……

There’s a ghoulish obsession with billionaires. There’s not many of them and you can only tax wealth once

Where have a mentioned billionaires hiding tax? Are you sure you're as old as you are making out. This is all coming across as very sixth form.

Says the Tory boy who voted Labour in the last two elections and has said that Burnham needs more than just the three years left in this Parliament.

There are a lot of positives re Burnham. Not least that he is the only health secretary in history to privatise an NHS hospital. So at least he's prepared to think outside the box on the NHS and we may see our health service perform to similar levels to those of our friends in the Netherlands.

BYW. Nice to call me a boy but I'm probably old enough to be your father Corbyn boy.

Actually it's three elections I have voted Labour. Two Scottish parliamentary, 2021 and 2026, and one general, 2024.

Didn't vote in 2019 as the choice was between an incompetent racist and a racist imcomplement. I wonder which one Bablue voted for?

There’s some youngish politicians whose careers are at an end today you’d think…David Lammy and Rachel Reeves as an example.
They’re done for in this administration and who and whatever the next government is.
I wonder what they do now… talking appointments…. Rayner … I wonder what role .. deputy PM again ?

Not at all, I’m explaining where it went wrong, caused by your beloved Thatcher.

The consequences are that the wealthy just get richer and when you have a leader who proposes to nationalise infrastructure to help with the cost of living and a wealth tax (which is obviously a good thing) they get crucified by the press who are only interested in protecting their wealthy owners.

People like you are just part of the problem.

depends what they want really, lammy was an excellent campaigner in his younger days and reeves was a very hard-working and respected constituency mp.

both have the skills to return to that, but have they got the energy and motivation to go again?

it's like footballers, some are happy to play on through the leagues (gon was talking about this being his aim), while others will bow out whn they can't be at the top anymore

I think I read he is to increase foreign aid which will cost the country an additional £16bn

Based on that alone I'd say he's a dangerous man

Politicians careers don’t tend to end*.

They just go into the freezer for a while. They keep on the train though and there’s inevitably a redemption opportunity available whatever your political persuasion.

Heaven forbid we have a minister with an interest in environmental matters as the Environment Sec. He’s a decent enough pick for FS as that’s going to be a tough gig, but I was hoping he’d stay as ES.

We’re succumbing to aggressive industry lobbying and fanatical anti-environment press pushing anti-green ideas and we really need to sort that out. Not having sustainable, local energy is core to many of our problems and costing us environmentally and financially. And we’ve go zero chance of hitting 30x30 conservation targets in the next 4 years unless there’s radical action there either.
