Yes, that's how I see it if Walts injury is confirmed.
I think he would have been instantly available for loan to the championship otherwise.
I expect Palmer to be sold as soon as the first choice is confirmed as signed. We should be able to get a decent fee for him as there are quite a few 2nd tier clubs looking for keepers currently.
