Lots of clubs showing interest in the Boreham Wood winger, including some Europa League clubs.

Always question marks when you sign a player from so far down the pyramid, but this guy is ridiculous. Direct, physical, absolutely rapid. Also unpredictable. All attributes we look at in a player.

It looks like just over £1m gets him.

Worth a punt? Even if only to loan him out for a year first?

If this is the guy I’m thinking of he looked amazing in the few games I saw and wondered why on earth he was playing at that level… I’m going to check if it was him .. I’ll be back 😉

I know Swedish club Djurgarden have had a bid turned down for him. They use Jamestown Analytics. So if only to stop Djurgarden from getting him i am all for it.

I don't even mind if he doesn't play a single game for us this season. Just looks like a sensible long-term investment. £1.5m gets him, but a good loan in the Championship instantly turns him into an £8m player. If he flops, no problem, £1.5m is pocket change in the Prem.

If we are looking a decent punts from the lower leagues with potential to make a profit then Barnsley's Reyes Cleary is a good candidate as well

Ideal to sign and loan to a Championship side

They had two bids turned down in last few days £750,000 and then £1,000,000.

Could make a bid, treble his wages, offer a bonus for every goal scored and loan him out for free to his current club, with the option to recall in January necessary

Yeah, surprised more clubs aren't looking at him higher up the pyramid, especially in today's 'player trading' age. Like you say, even if you get him and then he has a great loan spell in the Championship/L1, you open the door to doubling or trebling your money, maybe even without him playing.

Clearly he is a completely different player and there are some that come from lower leagues/non-league to make it, but his name just makes me think of Ali Al-Hamadi.

Magnus Magnusson next?
