| ST download, sorry... 08:10 - Aug 6 with 1970 views | Dyland | Apologies if there have been a ton of these but someone may be able to advise. Is there a staggered rollout for downloads? I read somewhere you'd get an email with a link to download. I have not had one of these, only ones with instructions for logging in and going to your profile, then Season Tickets, and a download button should be there. There's no such button or any hyperlink in my Profile under ST or Tickets. And yes, I'm using Safari on an iPhone12 :) Obviously I've emailed the ticket office. | |

| ST download, sorry... on 08:19 - Aug 6 with 1458 views | bluefunk | Had the same issue, as did several others. Single sign on work didn’t link your old account correctly. I emailed Friday, still heard nothing though. | | | |
| ST download, sorry... on 08:19 - Aug 6 with 1447 views | PioneerBlue | Same: ITFC advice is contact them, that currently means joining a call for up to an hour if the line is open, or waiting for them to respond to an email. No panic until the hours before kick off at PR! | |

| ST download, sorry... on 08:20 - Aug 6 with 1440 views | ITFC_Essex | I have been given no means to even access it by the ticket office, and like others no response to the issue thus far. This is going to be a nightmare going into the new season. | |

| ST download, sorry... on 08:21 - Aug 6 with 1436 views | PioneerBlue | It would be helpful is Phil or EADT asked the club for a public message on status and progress. I imagine the ticket office staff is overwhelmed. | |

All the options are there, but no download option in Season Tickets. Funkers probs has it right, cos my Season Tickets page does look glitchy. The club have also changed my username for some reason, including spelling my surname wrong which is so old school it's kind of ironic.

Just send us all a QR code we can print off ;) The other problem I have had with digital tickets elsewhere, especially Ticketmaster is when a ticket has failed to properly be added to my Apple wallet and then at the gate the Ticketmaster app has decided to update, using data, meaning I am stood there waiting like an idiot for everything to work again. It's going to fun.

| ST download, sorry... on 08:47 - Aug 6 with 1286 views | BloomBlue | Based on my personal experience, I didn't receive an email with a link, I did receive an email telling me the season ticket would be available to download from 11am Friday 31st July - and that arrived on 30th July What I found strange with that email is it didn't contain a link to the actual ticket site, which would help. The email was in the middle of other ITFC emails advertising clothing items and pre-season tickets so may be worthwhile scrolling down to look at emails arriving from Town on or around 30th July It did contain links to instructions page, but those instructions start at the actual download page, ie it assumes you know/have reached the ticket page. Overall the instructions are limited and like many instructions these days written as i said with an assumption you already have knowledge to reach step 7 of the 'how to' without including steps 1-6. For example .. login into your ticket account - assumption you know where that is. ... Access your profile - assumption you know where that is Whereas it would be more helpful if it had something along these lines login into your ticket account - click link below, then login etc Access your profile - the profile is top righthand corner with your initials/icon that looks like a face <include image>. I have emailed the club to explain how they could improve the rollout of this type of deployment - I'm not expecting a reply. Afterall we have 1000s of season ticket holders it would be easy to reach out to a few ( non techies) to see if they would be prepared to test drive the instructions...its really easy to do - and then tweak the instructions | | | |

As you say, no links to the actual site which is pretty numpty. Then other emails about phone versions and browsers. I'm fine with the tech and have logged in and got to the correct page. But there's no download option and it looks glitchy to boot.

Thats almost certainly it. If the 2 previous accounts weren’t identical they can’t migrate. I had the issue where one had my full first name and the other my abbreviated name. Thankfully I got this sorted before there were hour long waiting times on the phone line

| ST download, sorry... on 08:58 - Aug 6 with 1215 views | hype313 | On the phone for an hour and a half yesterday, I was able to download mine and eldest but not youngest son, because for some reason it wasn't linked across to my account, took 1 minute to sort but clearly many people are having similar issues as I was number 71 in the queue when I called. It's been a bit of a mess this rollout | |

| ST download, sorry... on 09:14 - Aug 6 with 1107 views | Steve_M | Think it's worse older phones but not sure if that's a glitch or your tech is too old for it to work. If the latter, then that shouldn't really be the case given it's not that old. | |

I clicked the initials in a circle then season ticket, and it just shows a white screen with sponsors below.
| ST download, sorry... on 09:24 - Aug 6 with 1042 views | pointofblue | Check the customer ID on the email from the club against the one on your account when you sign in. It could be you have two accounts numbers, and your season ticket is linked to the other one. If so, I think you will need to contact the club. | |

| ST download, sorry... on 09:26 - Aug 6 with 1032 views | Basuco | Single sign on seems to have added a layer of difficulty/complexity, as I posted yesterday 54 minutes in the queue and I started at 29th place in that queue. I think, from what I have seen, the single sign was an essential piece of the problem, but urgently needed introducing. The PL requirement of digital tickets is the driving force behind the rushed implementation. I used to sign in with my ST ID so have had to move over to email address. I have quite an old phone, a Samsung Galaxy A32, great for everything I use it for. I think if you go into the new digital ticket system with the attitude of it's new, just slowly and calmly go through the instructions and most of all get it done early because it will be chaos on the first match day if too many leave it until tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. | | | |
| ST download, sorry... on 09:34 - Aug 6 with 980 views | DJR | My understanding is that NFC ticketing is not compulsory in the first year for newly promoted teams, so maybe it would have been better using the close season to sort out the single sign-on and left NFC ticketing to next season. By the way, I have never understood why there were separate accounts anyway. [Post edited 6 Aug 9:36]

I had this problem too, but that was months ago. When they first announced that there was going to be a single sign in for all the digital accounts they did say there would be anomalies if you used different names for various accounts so give them a ring. i phoned them on a quiet Tuesday afternoon in June and there was no waiting time and the problem was sorted. My season ticket download process was therefore simple and straightforward. This may sound smug, because indeed it is.

I think it was inevitable that there would be people who didn't act until it was necessary. Indeed, a friend of mine had had difficulty logging on but did nothing about it until the Man U tickets were announced. He quickly sorted it out by a phone call. For many more, it will be the season tickets that are the trigger but there are many more of them, hence the difficulty of getting through to the ticket office.

Does anyone know if planet blue has a test machine for the season ticket which allow you to test nfc etc is all working before we reach the first game? I live far away from Ipswich so not helpful to me but have a couple of oldie friends who live in Suffolk. They have downloaded their season tickets but still not comfortable it will all work. Hence if planet blue have a test machine I'm going to suggest they pop into the shop before the season starts and test every thing works - ie i know phone cases can cause issues with nfc in some situations. That way they can be happy they know their setup is working. *And no they don't want to add a payment card and test it that way.

The single sign on thing was pushed pretty hard by the club a while back tbf.

It was, via email and socials. I think there are peaks and troughs for the call centre. When I first tried it was a big queue, second time was near the end of the day and I got straight through.

One thing to check, as I had this. I have two linked accounts both connected to the same email address. I thought I was logged into my account, and could only see the white screen and sponsors (no link) as referred above, but worked out I was in my sons. Logged out, made sure I went into mine, and links for both our tickets were present and all done in seconds. If you’ve linked accounts, especially more than 2, check the others too.
