Quality midfielder for Celtic but not a 30m midfielder... yet. Can see him being a top top Champ midfielder, different position but at Azor's levels.
Sort of player worth having just to guarantee promotion and offers depth back in the Prem.

At that price though it does seem like a sketch where Celtic have said you can have him for 30 million euros (cue evil maniacal laugh) only to be stumped into silence when WH agree.

Imagine Celtic will buy two adequate replacements for him at 7-8m each.
