Currently a 9.5 in my opinion. I don't see that as a negative though. He can already do the 9 well and will only get better. The fact he has played in the 10 shows that he has far more about him than just a target man.

Seeing as I read an article recently about Harry Kane sometimes dropping into a 6 role, I think that Flemming's ability to drop a bit deeper, or Enciso's collecting the ball from the central defenders on occasion, are part of a shift in football tactics which is all about drawing opposition players out of their systems, and trying to create overloads and mismatches as a result which can be exploited on the break. | | | |
