Inspired by some of the comments in Wally's Oasis thread, I thought it would pass some time to look at the bands the TWTD massive have seen the most. Maybe go for a top 3?
For me it's Paul Weller at the top with 40+ gigs since 92. Sadly never saw The Jam or Style Council.
2nd is The Who 30+ times, though only since 89, so sadly no Keith Moon era gigs.
Not sure about third. Possibly Cast or maybe even The Bootleg Beatles!
I guess we should also include if we ever saw Oasis, so for me that is 4 times, but all back in the day. |  |

The Birthday Party / Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds / Nick Cave has to be 30 plus. I used to follow the Birthday Party and early Bad Seeds around the country. Nick Cave used to put me on the guest list after a while. I didn't actually see him last time at the poxy O2. I went on line too late and could only get a ticket at the back for 180 quid and though chuff that.
DJ wise, Sasha and Digweed individually or together so many times here and in Ibiza. Off to see Sasha play Sheffield Cathedral in early October. Last but not least, the legend, in my house and Leeds, Ralph Lawson. Top DJ and wonderful bloke. |  | | |

Status Quo in their prime (‘the frantic four’). Saw them everywhere, but only a few times after they went ‘commercial’ (soft) and drummer John Coghlan left. Their mid/late 70s gigs in crumbling theatres to goodness knows where were something else.
Most of the rest i only saw once, not that I’ve seen many by comparison to a lot of people on here. Love to have seen Rolling Stones and David Bowie, but never did. Oh well |  | | |

I saw Cockney rebel twice on their first tour. Cromer Links Pavillion where they were supported by Bebop Deluxe and then again at the end of the tour at Norwich Theatre Royal. Then I saw Steve Harley at a venue in Norwich about five years ago.
Couldn't say who Ive seen the most. I certainly don't get anywhere near those double figure numbers with any band/artist.

Seen New Model Army loads of time. Them plus the Levellers. It was good to see NWA at the John Peel in Stowmarket last month - they are still superb, and it is somewhat depressing most of their songs like 51st State still resonate today.
