My point exactly last season we got off to a flying start against similar clubs then imo because our midfield got injured for most of the season we struggled.This year we have dumped most of our quality players gambled on lower league signings if we don't bag points against clubs like these i think we are going to struggle. | | | |

Blackburn were very good I thought. Not exactly fluent in attack but they took the lead and then were determined in midfield, organised in defence and strong in one-on-ones. They deserved the three points I thought.
I doubt we'll play many sides as good as them away let alone at home. |  |

I doubt we'll play many sides as good as them away let alone at home. |
I Thought the game was much like last season mostly boring only difference at a slightly quicker pace good first 10 minutes indifferent middle 70 minutes good last 10 minutes.

Don't know about that. Blackburn killed the game very effectively for an hour which most Championship sides can't do. | |

We should be better too - the difference between last season and this is we were far more settled heading into 2017/2018; same managerial approach and eight of the eleven players who started the Birmingham match were part of Town's first team picture the season before whereas, on Saturday, we had a new manager at the helm with a different approach and only five players who had been in the first team picture in 17/18.

And add to that , that apart from 1 player they played together all last season, we sort of did ok. |  | | |
