So, six years on from his debut 12:50 - Feb 28 with 1270 viewsIllinoisblue

And only now is Bishop poised to make his 50th start. What wretched luck. How good would it be to see him go a late season tear and get us in the top six.

How good would it be if I was a millionaire with supermodels falling at my feet.

Neither will happen, sadly.

My hobbies include being quiet during trips, clapping with songs, and diabetes.

I think Bishop could be one hell of a player. It's a terrible shame that several of our most promising youngsters have suffered serious injuries or a number of niggling injuries so early in their careers. Although, if they had stayed fit, they would have probably been sold anyway.

It's such a shame, as he is a a fantastc player.

He had one issue which was missed for a long time and caused him issues, been so unlucky since that has been sorted to have not had rub of the green

I think it was the play-off year that in one of the last games of the season he went on a mazy run into the box and I thought "Finally, we have a midfielder that will go around players".

Next week, he was injured and/or then in trouble for doing something naughty.

That’s the thing - I’m gutted for him because he’s had a crap time of it, but if he had stayed fit he’d have been long gone by now. We would have got £8m plus add-ons for him and Mick wouldn’t have seen a penny of it. So in a way, if he stays fit for the rest of this season and helps get us promoted, it’s all worked out quite well.

And apart from Didzy he has still dropped a shoulder a beaten a player more times than anyone else in that period despite only starting 49 times

Sadly, I fear the only tear he's likely to get is one in a ligament.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
