This one is tough to answer as it's really hard to tell with the current management team.
I personally think we have a good squad that are being failed by coaching staff and management.

I know not everyone feels the same, but I really do think our full squad when fit is in the top 3 best in the division. No excuses not to have this squad firing on all cylinders.
Two solid league one keepers
Good blend of experience and promising youth at the back
Midfield is strong - even someone like huws would get in most other league one teams
Strikers we have 4/5 very different options when fit
Wingers is perhaps the area we look weakest

Being very generous there, Norwood probably the only one. Chambers and Ward you want them to show leadership, not just vocally but inspire in the way they play. They were both doing this at the beginning of the season, not so much now. | |
