I have just done a load of freestyle bits and pieces with no real plan this eve in a spate half an hour. I try and do every other day but recently it’s been most eves as I’m on a mental health up(ish). | |

They’re a great exercise. Get nice and deep. Pair them with lunges and you’ll see some real change in your glutes. | |
