Nothing will convince me that they haven’t done this deliberately. They’ve shown total disregard for PC and the fans . We won the game. I’m very happy with that. If it helps Cook see more of what the individuals are made of that can only be a good thing. Good for the younger players who may be staying to enjoy a win too. With the yoofs win yesterday, a good weekend for the club.

Oh trust me I was bouncing off the walls when we scored , I really was , and I AM really pleased we’ve finally won a game. But then the massive disappointment came through and I don’t know about others but I kind of feel cheated by these players .
I’m very much looking forward to next season but as some are saying , it won’t be easy to get the players we need or to get them to form a promotion challenging dude . That comes with stability . But we have to start somewhere.

But judging by his post match interview yesterday, it’s clear now that one of two players are disturbing the squad as s whole. Notwithstanding, they have been utter tripe for 2-3 years now anyway.
If I was to hazard a guess at the players his comments were aimed at I’d suggest
Judge , who had now left ....” a very strong character in the D/ room”
Jackson , who was kicked into touch by Lambert , and was clearly wanting away to a new club. ( I personally feel , he thinks himself a lot better than he is ).
Edwards, last weeks antics sealed it for me. I have no idea why he’s still in the team.
I think each of these players have a arrogance about them , each of them at some point over last couple of seasons have wanted to leave . It only takes one rotten apple in the barrel - we could have three.
Many will point to Chambers and Skuse as the problem. But both players do a lot for this Club off the pitch . Chambers is still on the bench . I don’t think it’s them upsetting the manager’s plans since he’s come into the Club. Would they be a problem going forwards ? Possibly, given their connection to the old ways . It depends if they are willing to move forwards with the new regime . But neither will play again next season IMO.

An oversized first team squad can only lead to disconnects, cliques and people hiding. People not caring too much about their fitness and wellbeing not helped playing for a club that shows limited interest in their well-being, operates with zero standards with mediocrity being the holy grail.
I hope that will now change. I hope the environment changes to make the club a place where players want to be, are proud to be there and give their best. If there are dysfunctional people in the building, and with that number of players there are bound to be, they have to go first, whatever the cost. | | | |

Agree totally with you on this.
Players have been able to hide haven't they. The individuals being ousted are probably the ones doing the hiding too, but also causing havoc in the squad by their bad ass attitude.
