Lets be fair with this OM, he did indeed pss alot of players off, that's not to be ignored. BUT and it shows with the Dyer love, he's clearly taken steps to build bridges and get himself back into the picture which is fantastic.
Imo, i'd rather have Kieron with the first team set up and let McGreal running the u23s. Dyer has life experience on 1 - being a football idol, but also being a prk off the pitch, he won't mind me using such a strong term as he was and he admits that. I think that's important to have someone like that involved with the first team. |  |
