Well, I wouldn’t say our hopes are dead and buried 18:06 - Mar 12 with 1171 views | Illinoisblue | But I wouldn’t risk any money on us making the top six. Too much to do, other teams relentless, us not scoring. Cook and his cavalier approach to game management have really fukd us for this season.

Well, I wouldn’t say our hopes are dead and buried on 18:08 - Mar 12 with 1149 views | FrimleyBlue | Just got to hope we are planning our transfers early as it's clear where our weaknesses are and we don't need to touch anything at the back of the squad, just concentrate at that top end and we shouldn't find league 1 a problem.

The issue is who do we look to bring in? Theoretically an attacking group of Burns, Aluko, Celina, Chaplin, Bonne and Pigott should be more than enough at this level, and that's overlooking Jackson's current form. But for some reason something isn't clicking.

That is the problem to solve. For all our talent we don’t really test oppo keepers nearly enough. We get it right we’ll be champions next season.

Cook may have screwed us and left too much to do, but without that McKenna wouldn't even be here.

I think it's getting the balance right, Burns for example, not at it today, and our results without him compared to with him speak for themselves, so when he is playing but not at his normal level, we don't have a counter option on the left who can do the same job so we can just tweak the aim of our phases of play, and then we're left with a Burns who today didn't have the ability to drive towards the box as often as recent games, get a balance to that and that's sorted for me, we desperately need a Burns type LWB and a covering RWB if it's not KVY. Chaplin for me seems to be a great sub option as he ignores so much of what goes on around him for me, Jackson then Bonne kept pointing to be played in and again Chaplin continued to ignore them as he has done the last 3 games he's been involved in, it's incredibly frustating and part of why we fail to break down sides, he needs to give play our strikers in. Celina, a great player, but reads the game higher than some around him and it doesn't flow as they don't run in the spaces he provides - Thompson for example and Bonn when he came on could have dropped into gaps at times but no. Pigott is strange one, He could end up being that striker we need next season, when you look at previous videos of him, he looks nothing like the one we have. so there's hope yet.

77 leaves us around 5 points short on points per game over the season been much the same number since Jan

Mackems, owls, and others all hitting form. Our lack of goals is going to be the problem

As many would always say you don't win things in August and September. Unfortunately they never add in the bit that you can certainly lose them!
Well, I wouldn’t say our hopes are dead and buried on 18:57 - Mar 12 with 832 views | suffolkpoker | Bookies says we are 30 to 1. If we win the next 3 these odds would half. Just goes to show how far off Cook was on points per game in this league with our squad. McKenna has exceeded all my expectations yet it’s not enough. He needs another 5 games and keep this run going.

That's based on what punters think of our chances NOTHING to do with what the bookies think

I think the bookies have it right most of the time. You don’t see a poor bookie pal. Obviously betting can swing in small markets where money goes. League 1 promotion will be a huge book. It even says under it the punters favourite bet is Ipswich at 30/1. If you put £100k on that bet the odds wouldn’t move, due to probability of outcome and the size of betting pool.
