Sadly not, as there have only been two previous kings of Scotland named Charles (the same ones we had in England). However, being strictly accurate, he is King Charles I of the United Kingdom, with those between 1707 and 1801 being monarchs of Great Britain and before that of England and/or Scotland. Shame he wasn't the fifth of that name, then could have taken the Japanese surname of Honda. |  |
