Bit random - anyone know a pub in Brixton showing Buxton game! Ta (n/t) on 10:55 - Nov 27 by SitfcB
Doubt pubs will illegally stream games.
Think a few years ago there was a test case in which a landlady (I want to say in Portsmouth but not sure) was ordered not to show PL matches that were streamed via some Arabian station.
My old local pub used to do this as well but were threatened with all manner of legalities by Sky and the PL.

There was one in Swansea about 6-7 years ago that made the national news. His right to appeal made it go national if I remember rightly. He lost the appeal and the pub shut. It’s still empty and boarded up. It was very popular.
I know a Scottish bloke who pretty much disowned his brother because he took a job as a certain type of 'detective'. He'd go to strange towns and go in a pub asking if they'd show such-and-such (obscure) game because he and his mates were dying to see it, and then if the pub did him that favour illegally there would be a sting and the pub would be in lots of trouble.

probably 10 years back now and that landlord has long since moved on, but the Douglas Bader used to get its sports tv via some South African satellite tv company.
and Ive certainly been in some London pubs, even one in Ipswich many years ago, who were using shall we say alternate streams for their tv football. some would just put a laptop on the bar with it on.
its a big enough issue that the tv companies & the Premier league put a lot of effort into combatting it
