Plymouth, Weds, Ipswich, Derby and Bolton have done good business 08:20 - Feb 1 with 2278 views | unstableblue | A lot of strengthening in key positions. For example Bolton secured some young Premier loanees in Bradley, Trafford and Mbete. And bagged Burtons successful striker Adeboyjego, and the experienced Jerome. But did lose key winger Afolayan to Germany. I don’t any team is sitting on their laurels and it’s going to be one hell of a battle right through to the play-off final. It’s certainly not over but Town will do very well to catch Plymouth and the Owls.. loads of games but I think Plymouth have a momentum in their project and fan base that is unstoppable. Massive sold out game at Hillsborough Saturday will be telling. But I think Towns business has been superb and if it is the play-offs then this strengthened team is looking like it has real strength - Clarke and Broadhead are a complete upgrade and have the experience/mental strength needed… I mean look at this team and bench: Walton Clarke Wolf Edmundson Davis Morsy Evans Burns Chaplin Broadhead Ladapo Subs: Hladky, Donacien, Leigh, Luongo, Harness, Aluko, Hirst Let’s go!!

Plymouth, Weds, Ipswich, Derby and Bolton have done good business on 08:23 - Feb 1 with 2250 views | abracaDOBRA_ | Wednesday haven’t really. If you look at their timeline, fans aren’t happy. They’ve signed 1 CB (flint) and currently have a 21 man squad due to injures. The worry they have is, one defensive injury and they have no cover.

And they lost McGuiness who was their best CB in the first half of the season. So it's probably a downgrade in reality

You could build a fine group around McGuinness Flint.

Thought Fleetwood did some good business this window.. Most notably Marriot and Stockley coming in.. I mean they could both flop, but if they get those two going, then they could surprise a few teams, imo. Think our window has been exceptional. With Broadhead , Clarke and Luongo, all impressing with their minutes, so far... Hirst looks a tiny bit rusty, but hasn't had a massive amount of game time, all season. I'm sure he'll improve game by game.. Luongo's cameo on Saturday, gave me the impression that we've finally got a player who can step in for Morsy, as an almost like for like. I think Burns is the only player we can't really replace with a similar quality back up. Although we have plenty of adequate options , in Jackson, KVY, Edwards, Harness or even Broadhead, that can all do a job on the right, in various capacities , if needed.. We look in good shape for the final push..

Plymouth, Weds, Ipswich, Derby and Bolton have done good business on 09:48 - Feb 1 with 1663 views | Exiled2Surrey | Also some random ones in other teams we have to play: Matty Taylor from Oxford to Port Vale? Anthony Stewart, a stalwart at WW for so many years now at MK Paddy Lane from Fleetwood to Pompey - OK, we don’t have to play Pompey again but I thought they loved Lane up there? Charlie Kirk to provide the supply line to Gassan at Burton (again, I know that Gassan won’t be in the side against us) Tshimanga to Peterborough - they rarely make a mistake on these kinds of signings etc etc George Thomas at Cambridge - Welsh international from QPR But, totally agree, our January window has been spot on, so it should be fun from here on in!

Plymouth, Weds, Ipswich, Derby and Bolton have done good business on 11:48 - Feb 1 with 1229 views | ringwoodblue | I think Bolton are looking really strong now and will be a match for any team in the division after a slowish start. Hope we don’t end up playing them (or anyone for that matter) in the play-offs.

Tshimanga Is an interesting loan as from a lower league, he scored 25 goals in 30 appearances last season for Chesterfield. Looks like a loan with a view to purchase.

The lad Bolton who have sold was probably their best player from memory, is that correct? The playoff pack all look pretty strong, we do need to step up our game or it will be a battle Obviously a playoff with Bolton is potentially tasty given the last affair, not that we want to consider this prospect as of yet
