Doesn’t matter whether it’s 6 points or 60. They’ve gone. Teams that cannot win bread and butter games like Cambridge do not make top two. Let’s hope we can scrape into the play offs and at least improve enough to compete in them. |  | | |

That maybe true, but we struggle to win games consistently and draw too many. I’m certainly confident of making the Play Offs (automatic is out for me), but Derby are going like a train at the moment and I can’t see us beating them when the pressure is really on. We don’t deal with that very well in the big games. | |

Quite honestly i think the fans home and away have been behind the team all season usually sell out all our away tickets and recently packed out home games . For me we have a lot of really good players at this level maybe we now need a bit more guts and determination ? just my thoughts as i have not been happy for a while with the effort shown . The season is far from over but we obviously must improve . |  | | |

They’re not tricky if you are good enough. Sadly, for whatever reason, we are not so they are very tricky. We may scrape a point or two.
The reality is that we are coming up short. Not good enough. Not good enough to deal with teams that put a bit in, who or organised, who have a bit of heart - something we appear to lack at times. Teams like Cambridge, Lincoln and more besides.
For goodness sake, this is a Mickey Mouse division and we struggle with all the money, players, facilities we have to put away Cambridge on their cabbage patch? Cambridge are a professional team with players making a living. There’s no divine right to win. You have to earn it.

We are not mentally strong enough yet are we?
We will make the playoffs, this team has far more about it than Lamberts and we still have a shot at top 2 with a great last quarter of the season.
BUT... top promotion winning teams have a stronger mentality than we are currently showing. Charlton away really showed that.
I mean we can all see what's happening. We are having 70% possession without getting shots away or changing things up and then the opposition is scoring from the 1-2 chances they create from 30% possession and often those chances aren't even easy ones. | | | |

People need to calm down.
Things will be better next season when we have an additional 250 backroom staff.
