There very likely is, at least in some fashion.
Of course, having mental health issues doesn't absolve people of guilt in all circumstances. There's a difference between say doing something as a schizophrenic that you genuinely believed to be true vs. just being unwell but very aware of what you are doing is wrong like psychopaths for example. |  |
