Impressive. The stand it is replacing was a mouldy poor thing 40 years ago. One issue with the replacement. From the 8mages, the ground is going to look very unbalanced with the stand opposite and the Sainsbury’s end.

£75m - £100m! Not a chance unless we've been in the PL for years and years. Every time we have spent money on stands it ends in disaster.

£100 mil for an extra 8k capacity, at £50 a ticket it will take 13 league seasons to just recoup their money!
Obviously cup games and additional matchday/ corporate revenue needs to be added but that's a massive commitment

Selhurst Park is going to start to look similar to Filbert Street at the end of it's lifespan.

Not that I think we're in any rush to do this, but worth saying that one off investments like this don't count towards FFP. So technically, if gamechanger wanted to.
