Marcus Harness 21:41 - Sep 23 with 3386 views | DJR | Obviously Hutchinson was the stand-out sub but I thought Harness did really well when he came on. Indeed, it was his cross into the box which led to Luongo's goal.
Marcus Harness on 21:44 - Sep 23 with 3330 views | Mullet | McK said on Town TV that the subs would be key today and he was right. I thought Harness was good again and seems to have a very simple job to do when he does come on. Disrupt. He's not got the best of any attributes you could say but he is good enough, fast enough etc to always contribute and he did that today.

Marcus Harness on 07:29 - Sep 24 with 2734 views | Churchman | Harness is good at finding space, always contributes. He’s not the best player I’ve ever seen in my life but is a lot better than some give him credit for. Popular with the other players, I think he’s an asset to us.
Marcus Harness on 09:21 - Sep 24 with 2489 views | Wickets | Certainly a good little cameo and as someone else has said he always puts in top effort .
Marcus Harness on 10:10 - Sep 24 with 2389 views | BigCommon | Seems to be the perfect role for him. To add some energy off the bench..... Not the first time he's been involved with a "pre-assist" at home, this season... I'm sure KM values his contributions..
Marcus Harness on 13:05 - Sep 24 with 2269 views | RobTheMonk | He’s really won be around this season. It looks like he’s worked on his first touch too.
Marcus Harness on 13:15 - Sep 24 with 2234 views | MK1 | On his day a fantastic player, easily good enough for the Championship. Unfortunately those days aren't very often. Having said all of that, one of my favorite players. Great attitude and a real tryer.

You certainly can’t fault his energy or effort, I just think he’s one that’s ultimately been a little left behind technically as the squad has evolved and we’ve stepped up a level. You can probably put Donacien and Ladapo in the same bracket, no doubt they’ll play useful bit parts this season (and have already), but probably not players that will start too many games at this level I wouldn’t think. | | | | Login to get fewer ads
Marcus Harness on 07:38 - Sep 25 with 1789 views | DJR | Watching Town in 5 reminded me that Harness was involved twice in the build up to the Luongo goal.
Marcus Harness on 07:48 - Sep 25 with 1741 views | Herbivore | I thought he really helped us to get back on the front foot on Tuesday when he came on as well. His quality on the ball isn't always the best but his workrate is excellent and he has an uncanny knack of ending up on the ball and he usually manages to take us up the pitch, even if he doesn't then produce the end product. He's definitely a useful bench player to come on and replace tired legs, freshen up the press, and offer a threat on the counter. If he can keep working to improve his quality with the ball and maybe add a goal or two then he'll be an asset for us, albeit I can't see him starting many (if any) in the league.

Credit to him. My big criticism of him last season was trying to do too much on the ball and often getting caught and leaving us vulnerable. He was horrible for that at Charlton. He's always had a neat touch but his decision making afterwards let him down. This year he seems to have upped his work rate, bettered his decision making and has made some really good late cameos to help us see out matches. Really pleased for him as he was one I was happy to see leave in the summer, but he's very much stepped up a level.
