Considering it could take many many months waiting for a builder to start a big building project on your home or business premises.

How does a major building project get started so quickly at Portman Rd ?
Just a week or two after promotion was confirmed how can you get a contractor in so soon ?

The box refurb planning permission was sorted a year ago, so they had a long time to get contractors lined up.
