My Transfer List - Thoughts? 15:08 - Jun 2 with 4442 views | itfcsuth | Just a brush of realistic, attainable, sensible and depth signings. Adam Webster - worry at Woolfendens pace in the PL, Webster known to Ipswich, Ashton, Chaplin fits the mould of a ball playing, commanding CB with PL experience - him and Burgess would be a powerful partnership Josh Brownhill - into final year at Burnley and could be on a low fee, with PL experience and Ashton links could be an option in CM depth. Aaron Cresswell - believe will be a free agent, and with the technical ability very similar to Davis, at his age would be a perfect understudy, historical connection to Ipswich always helpful. Omari Hutch - would be the stellar signing you believe, at around £15m-£20m would be the statement to bring the talented player back, already integrated to our way of playing B.Brereton Diaz - situation at Villareal looks like he will head for the exit, fits the mould of Striker we would want and would compliment our striking options and competition with Hirst. G.Hamer - From relegated Sheff Utd, a combative and aggressive central midfielder with technique to accompany, almost an upgraded Luongo - would be achievable in the region of £10m you'd feel from Sheff Utd, would be my number 1 preference to join Morsy in midfield. Other names to think about if required in certain positions: K.Moore, A.Weimann, J.Duran, J.Sarmiento, J.McAtee, C.Carter-Vickers, J.Tanganga, R.Sessongon, T.Fellows, L.Thomas, B.Johnson [Post edited 3 Jul 2024 11:31]

My Transfer List - Thoughts? on 15:21 - Jun 2 with 4343 views | MVBlue | So many ex-town players not sure thats how it will pan out. But I agree with the focus on defenders and Hutchhinson. We need a Keiffer moore too

My Transfer List - Thoughts? on 16:06 - Jun 2 with 4167 views | joepublic | Bereton Diaz would be a great asset and can play 9 or LW I believe. Tanganga has been an interesting link from Tottenham podcasts but may be a project. R.Sessongon if fit enough would be a decent fit. For RB I would love if we could somehow sign Arnau Martínez from Girona. However it seems Inter are in hot pursuit but unwilling to hit the rumoured 20m release clause and clearly im deluded to think he is within budget and would come. If not then Ben Johnson on a free.

Sessegnon would be an interesting roll of the dice He ripped it up for Fulham a few years ago but it hasn't quite happened since I really like Joe Rodon, he would be a good signing based on what I have seen

I don't think £20 million is unrealistic by PL standards frankly and will may well pay that for a blue ribbon addition I'd hope we keep the same model and trade up the squad ultimately with some resalable assets

My Transfer List - Thoughts? on 16:27 - Jun 2 with 4030 views | TRUE_BLUE123 | Yep quite a few I like in there. Brownhill would be a handy pick up. Good player, good engine, good set piece taker. I like Tom Fellows but wonder if Mikey Johnston could be prized away from Celtic. Found him more impressive for WBA.

My Transfer List - Thoughts? on 17:39 - Jun 2 with 3795 views | Parky | Adam Webster would be the perfect signing for us, I think. Good with the ball at feet, has a good amount of Premier League experience and still only 29.

A Kieffer Moore focal point, yes. Surely it won’t be Big Kief though? Wouldn’t we be looking for someone a bit more mobile? Although I thought he’d struggle in our system this season, so what do I know. A lot of ex-Ipswich in that list. Webster’s the only one I’d be after, and I’m not sure there as I haven’t seen him play much at all in the last few seasons other than MOTD highlights.I’m hoping to be surprised by some unexpected or unknown names who turn out to be the bees knees once Kieran’s had a few months with them.

Ben Johnson I like the link, on a free transfer would be a really good pick up for us or somebody else, at his age, really good business to be done by someone. Will edit him in to the list.

Sessengon would be perfect if Davis were to leave, my only concern is he would possibly won’t guranteed minutes at his stage in his career and how he has stagnated. He obviously can’t be guranteed that here with Davis.

Mikey Johnston had a terrific time at WBA, and showed the ability that made him so highly rated at Celtic. Could obviously take them both, Fellows looked a more natural wide right player from I saw, similar mould to Burns, Johnston seemed more an inverted winger in the Broadhead mould, could easily take them both.

Hasn’t seemed to settle to PL football, think he’ll head abroad.

Cresswell is the perfect understudy to Davis for me, just seems such obvious good business to be done there. Whether Weimann has the ability for PL football, I’m sure that could be debated, but his legs being ‘gone’, absolutely not, still an absolute workhorse. You aren’t making Austria Euro provisional squad if your legs have ‘gone’, especially under Ralf Ragnick.

Opinions Cresswell can't get up and down the pitch like he could hence why west ham are letting go. As for Weiman often sub for his club side with 20 minute cameos. Playing for a Austrian side without many striker options don't make you Good. Because a player has a Town connection from the past ie Cresswell don't mean we should sign them.

My Transfer List - Thoughts? on 06:32 - Jun 3 with 2697 views | LegendofthePhoenix | Quite a few I like in there: Ben Sheaf, Joe Rodon, but another one worth looking at is Renato Veiga. Defensive midfielder at FC Basel, 20 years old, captain of Portugal U21s, 1.9m. Very mobile, great tackler, good shot on him - he is Premier League class. Tom Fellows is another good shout. Obviously Omari, and Brereton Diaz would be great and shouldn't be too pricey as Blunts have gone down. Brandon Williams if he is in the right head space now would be awesome, but he seems to need a mentor, maybe to house share with a sensible player. [Post edited 3 Jun 2024 6:49]

Looks a good player judging by a couple of videos. Loves a dribble and a yellow card. Good shout!

Tammy Abraham would be an interesting one and would tick a lot of boxes of the sort of striker McKenna likes. However I'd be surprised if we can match his wages, he's on £108k p/w at Roma and has 2 years left on his contract

My Transfer List - Thoughts? on 10:11 - Jun 3 with 2198 views | RobTheMonk | Sem Steijn at FC Twente. Probs around the 9-10 million mark. Plays centre attacking mid. His passing with the power running or Hirst and Burns would be tasty. Good ball rentention too (which is what I think Chappers may struggle with in the prem).
