Illie's comment in joe's thread got me wondering about this.
I wouldn't be surprised to see 7 or even 8 players coming in over Sereni's fee (circa £4.5m). You just get much for less than £5m these days and given we're looking for signings to be upgrades I can't see us signing many for less than that. |  |

We might sign 11 players but no way we’ll sign 11 players for over 5m. There will be a couple of loans and a couple of free transfers/cheap punts surely |  |
