Generally appears to be incompetent as well as corrupt.

Well, while he was banned he was actually the whistle blower on a wider scandal, and as such his history was initially not public. Having said that poorly thought through by UEFA and I would question having him in charge of a major international semi-final.

On the flip side, good job we don't have anyone in the squad who has had a ban . . .
