Cheers, enjoyed that. Loved the McKenna stuff.

Sometimes feel Broady had been overshadowed recently because of the focus on Omari, transfer target talk etc. but he was such a crucial signing.

The free kick against Wednesday before half time in league one. I'm convinced that without that it could have been a very different end to the season.

And then he backed it up in champ. Will be great to see him score in prem.

Also a player that absolutely thrives playing at home, where our form will be very important.

People talking about him almost as a bench option next season. Not so sure.

Broad head is still our star man with the x factor in him. He will get lots of game time if he stays fit.

Indeed he has little moments of quality to beat his man with quick footwork, or a sublime finish. I actually think he’s one that can step up to the PL - I just think we need that ‘finisher’ to replace him on 60 mins given he rarely sees 90 mins out.

Yeah.

And to be fair he can do the opposite too. Came on against Southampton and along with Taylor (and some South American fella) changed the game. The goal he scored that game was so clever.

I would be concerned if we had to rely on him next year. He is brilliant in space, but he struggles in the absence of it and we know it will be harder to come by next year. He will be a useful member of the squad, but I’m glad that we are bringing in some attacking options and I suspect his minutes will be reduced next season.

I forgot he was promoted with Sunderland... 3 promotion seasons in a row!

Broadhead is class. A clever player with dozens of moves and shooting options. Burns and Broadhead were amazing in the Championship and will have much to offer in the overall picture next year.

That’s an interesting article from the outside.

Broadhead is a terrific player. Seeing him up reasonably close, his skill level is well and truly up there. He has been and will continue to be a real asset. Can he play at PL level? Oh yes. I think he will thrive in it.

I’m not sure why Sunderland didn’t want him (injuries?), but their loss has certainly been our gain.

I think he was brilliant for us last season, yet Hutch and Sammy got all the headlines. I get it, but Broadhead scored a fair few for us and played a very important part in both promotions. I think he deserves to start on the left for us and I think he will be brilliant again. One of my favorites and look forward to seeing him light up the PL this coming season.

McKenna is seen as a bit of a football genius in the game I believe, the way he goes about his game plan and future planning in advance………very lucky to have him as pour manager , long may it continue.
