I’d have thought he’d be well in our price range. I’m not seeing quite as much there as others. A bit more of a cult hero than pure quality. Hutch is far better imo and rightly our top target.

I think Philogene was being looked at as a step up.

That isn’t going to happen now so it will be interesting to see what we do next.I wouldn’t be averse to Sarmiento coming back, think he noticeably improved in his time here under McKenna.

Doesn’t surprise me, did better as an impact sub in the league below. I appreciate his contribution but there are definitely some blue tinted glasses in use when people talk about getting him again this year.
