It seems incredibly odd that you can have so much power when you were never on the ballot. What's to stop a billionaire getting someone to run for them and then being appointed their chief advisor and making all the decisions?

I think the extent of it is something new, there has always been influence up to a point but it seems like Musk just runs the government now.

Bit racist!
He can’t help being the world’s richest man.
Get over yourselves, he’s successful.

Rupert Murdoch has been pulling the strings for years as an unelected billionaire.

The world's richest man. Imagine the impact he could have on the world if he wanted to. He could die a demi God. Instead he uses his wealth to lord it over people, treats his workers terribly and is just generally a total knob.

In your opinion, the minority opinion.

I’m not sure he’s especially successful either. It depends how you define success. By the shallow metric of money alone, he’s successful (although can also lose it as quick as other people make it for him). But he’s certainly not a great man. Great people have a positive impact, chance lives for the better, treat people well and are liked (think SBR). Musk is a racist cock.
Weird - that was supposed to be in response to Zappers falsely claiming Musk was popular.
