Really glad he got a good perm move and he is up and flying at Oxford and getting rave reviews. Man of the match last night against Luton. Anyone know what sells on we have in that deal?

Also Kyle Edwards got his second game of minutes having been out a very long time and also impressive.

In a different world, El Miz would've been a permanent feature in our midfield.

The seismic shift at our club meant it didn't happen.

I'm pretty sure he will carve out a decent career as a championship level player.

I think El Miz could even end up a bit higher - he's a very competent, modern player, perfect DM for 4-2-3-1 formation. I think at the end of this season he'll be signed by a top-end championship team and then we'll see where he ends up.

Yeah, would agree, he's been a standout player for them and every time he's on the pitch looks good.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him get a bigger move (meaning no disrespect to Oxford who I really like)

Just imagine if he’d been given a chance at Ipswich. And CH and Baggott for that matter.

I like Oxford a lot better now than in the Karl Robinson days! Their new manager seems to know what he's doing.

I think Humphreys and Baggott, being out on loan rather than sold, are still in with a chance...

Yep - it would be a bit of a shame (just re El Miz) if we did get relegated and we don't keep Phillips or Cajuste, and maybe Luongo gets released too, and then we really need to strengthen in the DM area, and El Miz is moving on from Oxford for £4-5mil to a top champ team.

Not necessarily saying we ought to have kept him - hopefully we don't get relegated and it all pans out quite differently!

.... and if Kieran had got hold of Bishop and Dozzell, too. Academy heaven. We don't want Gibbs back, though, Ellers

Work on your understanding of football or the context of where our club has been.
