Trump the puppet? 17:41 - Dec 20 with 1495 viewsMercian

It seems he does whatever Elon Musk tells him to. The crisis in The House of Representatives that could result in a government shutdown seems to be his doing and Trump fell into line. There have been other incidents going on behind the scenes that seem to be Musk's doing such as proposing cuts to social security. IMO he is worse than Trump as he is intelligent and knows what he is doing whilst being just as bad as him ethically and morally. A very dangerous man.

Guess if its OK to receive £4m from a Caymen Island Hedge fund that invests in Israel weapons manufacturing companies then some bloke from USA who makes space rockets should be fair game.

Farage said afterward that Musk was “right behind” him and that “money was discussed” as part of the conversation between the pair.

Not like he hasn't done this before and the Electoral Commission did nothing about it.

Is Musk intelligent?

He has money and is an arrogant pr1ck who wants to lord it over everyone else. Is he genuinely intelligent? I have no idea. He might be, but he just comes across as a cock. Baselessly calling people 'pedo' on Twitter because they don't worship him doesn't seem the action of an intelligent person.

Truly impaired.

Baselessly calling people 'pedo' on Twitter is the action of as you said, an arrogant pr1ck. I don't think his level of intelligence comes into it.

This surely is nothing new though is it?

Trump, Bush Jr, Reagan. Ford, Chester Arthur are just the more obvious puppets.

Precisely. The thought that politics isn’t controlled by a corporatist monopolistic system is incredibly outdated as is the idea of democracy.

Since Trump was declared in early November, the Assad regime has collapsed as it didn’t back the Qatar-Turkey pipeline proposal, is a major rebuild project as well as being rich in natural resources, all preferable to Western favoured corporations.

South Korea and Germany both have major political instability largely due to US energy strategies, anti-Chinese and Russian trade pressures and increased military spending pressure.

The Israel-Gaza ceasefire has ramped up so the US can preserve its diplomatic and military assets and focus its attention on much bigger issues that are Ukraine and China as well as bringing stability back to the region for its favourable commercial middle-eastern allies.

Trump isn’t the mastermind of any of these major political moves, he hasn’t the acumen nor has he had the time and they’re out of kilter with the incumbents so who or which corporatist dynasty’s are influencing these moves?

Interesting that at least one member ofd the 'be kind' faction has downvoted you suggesting that baselessly accusing people of noncery is a bad thing.
