RB is our weakest position, so it’s rather unsurprising that a goal has originated from that side. Unfortunately, Johnson is painfully slow and there were other opportunities to clear as it came across the box, none taken and nobody marking a man, poor defending all round, which is why we are second bottom of the table.
The real issue we’ve got, is that not a single man in a blue shirt is remotely interested in taking the ball up the pitch, really bizarre on the ball currently. |  | | |

We've played 45 mins defensively very well and disciplined. We played that 15 seconds badly. Johnson was done for pace (forgivable). Woolf air kicked it and Greaves and Davis were not as alert as chief poacher Havertz. Annoying but happens. Think everyone has done well in what they are being asked to do.
But this is a decision to suffocate them and we aren't able to offer anything as no outlets. I suspect the plan will be to get to the last 15-20 in touch and have a go. But we will be shattered.
McKenna will have to work an absolute miracle 2nd half. They are very good Arsenal.
I'm so glad we're not a low block team normally. It's just awful to have to sit through having been so spoilt last 2-3 years. Totally understand why tonight. | |
