I am not saying that Sadiq Khan deserves the award but they made Rees-Mog and Priti Patel Life Peers. This week they also blamed Labour for the state of illegal immigration. That would be like Wayne Rooney blaming Plymouth's next manger if they are not mid-table come February. Nothing changes.
Happy New Year.

British politics at it's finest. The peasants will have a little grumble and shout 'Stop the boats'

They also made the bloke who Khan beat a peer. Rewarding failure indeed.

You just know that the broken gnome made of mashed potato known as Boris Johnson will be screeching in the Mail in a couple of days bleating that Khan isn't deserving of a knighthood whilst neatly ignoring the Charlotte Owen question.

It’s almost like they are trying to distract from the fact they are scum who ruined the country and stripped it bare.

The fact we have a monarchy, let alone an honours system is depressing. The fact they’re now against it because they’re racism is more important than anything else, telling.

The Tories in opposition certainly have a tough job convincing anyone they are credible that is for sure

All the momentum on social media from the hard right is Reform and with Musk cheerleading them, they might get some momentum but have a very tough time gaining any ground with first passed the post

Which in itself is a good reason to keep first passed the post

Chris Philip speaking out about failure?

This Chris Philip?

He's terrible. How he's anywhere near front bench politics is a mystery.

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

My prediction is that Farage will be leader of the Conservatives within 18 months and Reform Ltd will be wound up. Then we’re all f**ked.
