I’m very surprised at how well Nuno is doing at Forest. I didn’t really rate him highly as a manager before now but what he’s done at Forest this season is quite remarkable. He always speaks well when I watch his interviews and he seems quite humble. He definitely deserves the MOTM award for Dec and if he can keep them in a top 6 spot come May, it will be a massive achievement.

He done well at Wolves, obviously very well backed but still to get them into Europe was a good achievement.

Never really got going at Spurs but they have bigger issues than the manager at that club.

Think this level of team suits him as he’s able to play that pragmatic style of getting a goal up and then shutting up shop. Will be interesting to see how teams treat them in the second half of the season because that first goal is so crucial in all of their games (and I still think most sides have probably fancied their chances in an open game against them to date).

I think he's a cracking manager, City plummeting obviously shakes things up a bit and hands Liverpool the title. But it also means people like him get a bit of credit and a chance to do something.

Would love to see clubs like Forest in Europe over Brighton et al.

I always thought he was a decent manager. Built a good team at Wolves, got them promoted and kept them there (including two 7th place finishes).

Spurs was always going to be a tricky gig, both on- and off-field, so I don't count that as too much of a negative. Then he kept himself busy between real jobs with a stint in Saudi, rather than just skulking around like Graham Potter.

As you say, he speaks well and seems pretty on the level.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Seems like a very good manager and also responsible for one of 2024's most wholesome moments.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

He did a great job at Wolves for the first few seasons.

His attitude towards officials is disgraceful.
