Not a fan of all the handballs now but it actually moved toward the ball and he wasn't that close! Those seem to be given more often then not now. | |

Surely those should become an indirect freekick.
It's clearly hit the arm. And the arm has stopped the ball from potentially being attacked by a forest player. Therefore something needs to be given.
If its not a pen because they feel the arms in a natural position or whatever fine. But least make it an indirect freekick as it has had an effect |  |
