I'm sure there's a lot more to it than just this but our pitch is quite a big one, I'd hazard a guess probably the widest in the PL and opposition particularly seem to be enjoying that bigger space? |  |

Definitely something in this I think, along with the fact we (generally and especially earlier in the season) tried going toe to toe with teams and play an expansive passing game. |  |

Weight of expectation at home? Our best results have come in games we probably didn't expect much from, Chelsea, Spurs, Man Utd, Villa
But, especially at home, there are games we looked at as winnable, Everton, Leicester, Palace and we fail. |  |

Too much depth of similar players in some positions and lack of quality (Clarke/Broadhead/Philogene for example. Onus on us to attack means teams can pick us off more easily. That said hard to buy quality given where we have come from. | | | |

I had a similar thought. We know the standard of opposition is far greater so no point highlighting that and nobody was expecting us to blast teams away at home this season. However, I've found some of our performances a little more passive than I was expecting and wondered if the recent changes around the ground have made PR a comfortable place to play football for the opposition. | | | |
