Is that the recommended parking for Forest?
Or does anyone have any advice, as not been there before.
I've seen a couple of schools offering parking, and a few other options.... going to be heading north-west after the game, so currently thinking about utilising Greenfields Primary school, but wondering about any other options? |  |

You do realise EMA is about 15 miles from the City Ground ?
I get the relevance with regards to parking at Gatwick and all ….am I now due a WHOOOOOSH ?
EDIT - If I’m not due the whooosh then I’ll recommend driving over the river to the Notts County side and there are loads of closed businesses / industrial estates with football car parking [Post edited 24 Feb 2025 13:56]

Twas a Gatwick reference, yes.... so probably the only whooshes due are those from the planes taking off..

Think you might be thinking of East Midlands Parkway. Which is the train station. Takes about 20mins to get to Nottingham Station from there (no idea on the train schedule though), and then that's another 20 minute walk to the stadium.
As the other poster has said, there's a handful of football parking places around the Notts County ground, could also try the rugby club if you get there early enough. | | | |

I parked at the train station for the league game in November.
Managed to get a space right by the exit which was ideal. |  |

There is always somewhere to park in West Bridgford although the area closest to The City Ground will be chocker. If you do not mind a miles walk the outer areas of Bridgford namely Gamston, Wilford and Edwalton will have on street parking. EMA is about 12 miles from the ground and expensive. I would not recommend parking in The Meadows area. Rough place. [Post edited 24 Feb 2025 17:28]
