I don’t think the release would be the main issue , it’d be the wage
Unrealistic demands would unsettle the dressing room I’d suspect
I’m at the point that this now needs to conclude with the inevitable and we invest accordingly with two more CM’s and a quality striker in the mould of Hirst and be done with it all |  |

He’s already under contract for 4 more years and doesn’t have a release clause.
If he’s desperate to leave and we get an offer we deem acceptable then he off (very likely you would think), but not sure it’s really a contractual issue at this point. |  | | |
