I agree he should have known, in fact I find it pretty incredible that he didn't.
That said, I feel a bit sorry for him. You know when you go out and do something daft or stupid, you wake up and it is as if you have the whole world on your shoulders, when in fact it's usually only your wife or a few boys down the pub.
Imagine having to wake up to the UK media in its finest. Can you?
