Phil, please do not use the word "keen" when talking about prospective Managers.

I would take Harry Redknapp on one condition only:

That he doesn't bring his corrupt, bung-taking, tax-avoiding dog with him. Harry needs to sever all ties to this malevolent hound, whose sneaky machinations nearly caused the ruination of poor, innocent Mr Redknapp.

I'm also not sure whether we want Redknapp either, especially not at Director level as, by his own admission under oath, he is nearly illiterate and financially naïve. Hard to know what he would bring to the table, other than a pack of brown envelopes*.

* To deposit the dog's deposits** in.

** Poo, obviously. And brown paper envelopes rather than the more common plastic bags because, as a noted animal lover, I'm sure Harry is attentive to the environmental impact of plastics and their dangers for creatures of all kinds.

True, two nasty words in the first two used.

Just waiting for Tom and Dick and then we'll have the full set.

Phil, having listened to the clip I think it;s stretching it a bit to say he's keen on the job. It was very tongue in cheek, and he actually said a few moments later that he's actually happy not being in management. So if anything he distanced himself from it.

Poll: Right now, who would you rather have as Prime Minister?

Yeah, but that doesn't create the headlines that sell Audis!

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?
