Actually, already did... a little bit...
randomly listening to music, and just after I’d posted this, ‘Depeche Mode - See You’ came on, and although obviously not entirely as it’s a love song, but a lot of the lyrics seemed somewhat relevant to today! (Changing 5 years to 5 months!)

We went to see our daughter last weekend, first time since early March, she was shielding following a kidney and pancreas transplant. It was lovely to see her so fit and well again and it showed how rough and very poorly she was whilst on dialysis. We raised a glass of bubbly to the donor and to celebrate 6 month's with the "new" organs. Enjoy your visit. |  | | |

Thank you. We ended up having a nice walk.. about 5.5 miles (as he took ages in an airfix model shop beforehand, but got a kit he’d been wanting for a while!) but yes, was a bit emotional! | |

It was great, thanks. He’s also had a bit of a growth spurt too, so a lot taller than he was 5 months ago! When I usually see him every fortnight don’t notice that sort of thing so much, but definitely did after such a long time. | |
