I can certainly believe he could have been involved in an orgy. Mrs Giuffree said she was 18 at the time. Has she ever stated the ages of the other girls who were involved in the alleged orgy? If they were under age at the time then the police should try and track them down to get their testimony. If they were all at least18 years of age at the time then no crime would have been committed.
