I suppose it depends whether they’ve turned it down for reasons of Nationalism or whether they’re somewhat informed in understanding that the effects of the longer dosing period of the Oxford vaccine are better understood. I suspect it’s the former though!

Given they are refusing the jab as they would prefer the "English" one, I very much doubt they have the mental capacity to digest the effects of longer dosing periods.
